Common questions
What does "bring your own API key" mean?
Sorted uses OpenAI's AI to analyse your photos. You create a free OpenAI account, add credit (pay-as-you-go), and paste your API key into Settings. Each listing costs about 2-5p in AI credits. We never touch your money — it goes straight to OpenAI.
What's a divider card?
A printable card you place between items when photographing. It says "NEXT ITEM" and lets our AI automatically split your photos into separate listings. You can download it for free from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from Settings and you'll drop back to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
What marketplaces do you support?
Currently eBay UK (via CSV export). Vinted, Depop, and direct eBay API integration are on our roadmap.
